If you received a defective, or damaged product please contact us at help@xtrimming.com and provide a photo of the issue to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance.

Please contact us within 30 days of your order purchase date regarding any assistance that you require. After 30 days, we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance will be offered for your order.

Xtrimming and it’s XTM 1.0 has been designed for body grooming. With that being said, please keep in mind that this product can be used on your entire body including beard.
